You'd be pushed to find a better hotel in Jerusalem. It was lovely, really like being in an old colony embassy.

Manager Jeremy was very helpful, had a problem with noise coming from one of the floors, he dealt with it . Breakfast good, property excellent location, clean, few minutes walk to shopping at mamilla. Superior room was big enough with balcony but downside was two separate beds not one double, but I knew about that before I booked and that was all that was available. . Other than that nothing to complain about and would stay there again. Great little find if you dont want a pool etc.

This was my second stay at the Inbal, and it was just as comfortable and relaxing a place to stay as I remembered from my first time 2 years earlier. The breakfasts are really good, with lots of choice and everything I had tasted delicious .. room service was efficient and staff service friendly and helpful.

This hotel is authentic Palestinian close to all amenities with a fabulous garden restaurant (best to book since it is very popular). It is 5 mins from the Damascus Gate, 2 mins from the Garden Tomb and next to two local bus stations. Get bus 275 to Mount of Olives and walk down into the Old City. The hotel rooms have high ceilings, ceiling fan as well as A/C. The hotel is full of Palestinian art and furniture etc. Despite being next to the Old City it is in a quite area. The staff are very...

Spent 6 nights here. Staff could not have been more helpful. In spite of being only 2 mins walk from busy Salah al Din Street, hotel is quiet, cool, restful. Food excellent (10% discount in restaurant for residents). A perfect base for exploring Jerusalem, the Old City (5 mins walk), and other parts of West Bank (5 mins walk from bus station for Ramallah)

Good room, breakfast and a relaxing location. Staff really good. Location great for Damascus Gate and Old City, 200 meters walk. No problems walking or concerns. Bus stations also near to get to various places and no problem using them. Had a great time. Only shame is that we couldn't have an evening meal on site but at least it made us going out and about in the evening.

Clean hotel, super friendly staff and great location. I noticed that they were also very accommodating to families with small kids. Internet was a problem but that is it. The rest was great.

It was a great hotel with a fantastic breakfast! My only gripe is that the pull out couch was not very comfortable. It would have been better to have a room with two proper beds in it. Other than that, it was good!

It is good place to stay near to old city 15 walking distance to the Masjid Alaqsa

Convenient location. Great facilities including free parking, wifi etc.

The trip started well with check in being made quick and easy, this is not always the case in similar hotels. I found the room to be clean and very pleasantly furnished. if ever I needed to call from the room to reception the call was always answered quickly and the person at the other end of the phone was most helpful, I have found that in other hotels this can sometimes be a nightmare till the phone is answered and then you are put through to another extension that does not answer. The guest...

Beautiful restored property. Amazing location

As soon as you walk through the doors you feel a sense of calm and serenity . There is music playing and beautiful fragrance in the air in the reception area . The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom .The bed and sheet so were very soft and it felt like we were sleeping on a cloud Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the view was spectacular Delightful staff as well . There is a roof top heated pool which was like entering a bath . We then used the sauna and steam room . We would...

Excellent hotel. Excellent position. Was a return visit but unfortunately the indoor pool is still not built.
