"The queen suite had a full size bed. The staff acted like the guests were burdening them. The cleaning staff failed to clean our room three out of five days. The restaurant is slow. The food is subpar. The ocean access is magnificent!"
"It was good overall. I would give it 4 out of 5 stars because there were just a couple of things that I didn’t like, but I would still recommend this hotel to others. One issue was that the toilet was a little dirty, and I saw a baby cockroach in the room. Also, from the very first moment we arrived, most of the staff were very nice, friendly, and attentive. However, when I went to ask for an iron because there wasn’t one in the room, the lady at the front desk was not rude, but she had a poor attitude and did not provide good customer service. That said, I would not give the hotel a bad review because of one person. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The food was delicious, and we were very happy with our experience. We really enjoyed the entertainment, the atmosphere, and the location, aside from those two issues."
"We have visited Roatan several times and this was our first stay at Las Rocas. We would definitely stay again. We enjoy the atmosphere of the rustic cabins and the “jungle” atmosphere of the grounds. The rooms are very well appointed with up to date furnishings and modern bathrooms. The pool is small, but still a great place to dunk after a day on the beach. The breakfast and airport transportation is an added bonus. We aren’t divers, so we can’t comment on that aspect of the resort. The staff was great. If you don’t mind a short walk to the beautiful beach of West Bay, then don’t hesitate to book a stay here."
"The resort did not honor the free breakfast even when shown the app where it states that it’s a “free” breakfast. Otherwise the resort was beautiful. We did lose power a few times and AC in our room was spotty. I’d recommend booking directly, as I’m pretty sure we had the worst room in this resort."
"The stay was very enjoyable, the staff was super accommodating and the food was all top tier. Would definitely recommend especially to families because all the amenities are very convenient when you have little ones."
"We rented the room for a weekend getaway for my mom on her bday, she enjoyed every minute of it from the food, pool and everything. Just what she needed some relaxation. They even brought her a slice of cake and sang happy birthday 🙌!! She had a pool view from her room on the first floor she enjoy the fact that she didn’t had to climb the stairs lol. After all everything was wonderful."
