"The staff was amazing best people ever!! The room can use updates showers and more deep cleaning. Got my room and it didn’t look clean."

"I loved everything about this resort from the helpful staff to our favorite bartender Lieser to my absolutely AMAZING concierge Ismael we were blown away and can not wait to come back! Our room was always in perfect condition and we were able to always get what we needed, towels, fridge restocks, reservations, and recommendations! When we come back we will absolutely be requesting Ismael as our go too concierge and looking out for Lieser either by the pool or at the sports bar! My only negative was the consistences of some of the breakfast items I do have some medical conditions and it was always amazing to be able to get the fruits and the eggs in the morning but they didn’t always have the same fruits everyday (a small complaint) I would have also liked to have been able to take some of the fruits back to the room as I am diabetic and sometimes I am really low at night so being able to have that in my fridge would have been amazing. We LOVED the buffet by the beach that was our favorite spot for lunch next time we come I have a better lay of the land and can’t wait to make the best of it all! See you guys in August!!! "
