"The member of the team that delivered my check-in process is a credit to the establishment. Unfortunately I did not catch her name, but she was efficient, informative, & relaxed. I received a free upgrade, and the room was excellent. Plenty of tea & coffee, a very large, very comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, and felt very secure. For the price I paid (£58) on a Saturday night it begs the question, why on earth would someone decide to stay at a Premier Inn, Travel-lodge etc. Really enjoyed the stay, would highly recommend."

"Bexs rooms are a great find we had rooms 1and 2 we were not disappointed. Easy to find, parking by the rooms. rooms were clean,tidy, had everything that we wanted.beds were great we slept like a baby!! Outside area with table and chairs was a nice touch. This will definitely be our go to place when we are back in Ferring seeing family ....thanks for a great stay "

"We had a lovely stay, the space is well designed, really clean and inviting. The patio is a lovely place to enjoy a morning coffee with the peaceful sounds of only the birds. We spent most of our time at the beach which is only 4 mins walk away through a short cut between the houses which is accessible. My son is a wheelchair user and the hosts were really helpful communicating to us and working out if the space would work. We just about managed to get my sons powered wheelchair into the property - the entrance is flat but narrow and there is a very narrow turning circle. Kitchen was well equiped, bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable, TV worked well....no complaints what-so-ever!!"
