The hotel is clean , well maintained and the rooms have all the facilities you would expect in a decent hotel. Our rooms were really nice and very comfortable. Breakfast was extremely good with adequate choice. I found the staff helpful and courteous. Parking nearby was not always possible as it’s difficult to find a space and if you do it’s £2 hourly but free between 6pm and 9am. The nearby multi story Carpark is only open until 10pm.

This would have been an all over 'excellent' save for one issue immediately resolved by staff. The window catches in the ground floor room I was given which overlooked the garden could not be shut and locked to secure the room from the outside. As soon as I reported this, however, I was immediately offered another secure equally good room so it was resolved - the cleaning staff must have known but had not alerted management who were unaware till I drew it to its attention. That literally was the only thing, it was dealt with at once and my stay was quite wonderful. The food was first rate, they accommodated my dietary needs and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is a stone's throw from the sea with a beautiful outlook on to a square and close to all amenities, buses, theatres and cinemas though the weather was wonderful so I did not avail myself of the theatres! I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the south coast and stay in the lovely town of Worthing rather than somewhere like Brighton. Worthing's air is flushed clean daily by the sea breeze and as a location it is really looking up.

Hotel is lovely and friendly and my room was comfortable and spotless. Spent one night here unexpectedly as a female solo traveller for business and felt comfortable. Breakfast was great - street parking outside which is free from 6pm - 9am. Will definitely stay again when I am back in the area. Managed to get a walk along the beach before dinner and after breakfast because it is situated so close to the beachfront.

Check in was quick and easy, actually effortless! Our room was small and quite dated, our bed was really comfortable and large! The shower was really poor, barely any water came out and was either freezing cold or scorching hot! We had someone enter our room with a key unexpectedly, you would think they would wait until after check it to start entering rooms! The food in the restaurant was really good, we had eggs benidict from the kitchen and it was delightful. Overall our stay did exactly what we needed it to, but was not as luxurious as it was seen to be.

Old fashioned hotel. Well maintained and friendly, helpful staff. Great location and Worthing is kept tidy. Parking outside is free outside of 9am-6pm. Multi-story was in view across the park a few hundred yards away.
