Excellent customer service, very central, value for money, sauna and pool not too busy.

All I needed was there. The staff were helpful and the ride to the airport relatively quick. Its not posh but clean, the bed is comfortable, tea, coffee and a few snacks were provided. Microwave, car parking and the gates were secured at night. Thank you .

The staff were super helpful when we arrived to check in close to mid night. We wanted to book on a tour at the last min and the team tried to arrange it for us as best as they can, and the recommended tour was well organised with excellent service as recommended. Breakfast choice suits all of us with best view from the pier. Not to mention, sunrise from the harbour view room was spectacular! Sunset from the linked first floor deck outside was great.

An excellent motel with very friendly staff. The motel is being upgraded and an already excellent facility will be even better. Highly recommended.

Very enjoyable 2 night stay at the end of our New Zealand holiday. Chloe and the rest of the Team at Reception were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in ideal location for attractions, ferries and restaurants. Good continental breakfast included in the rate. Quirky hotel , very clean with good quality furnishings. We stayed here at the beginning of our holiday and accidentally left a pair of headphones behind. The hotel kindly called us after checkout and I told them we would be returning at the end of our holiday, and they held them safely for us. When we checked back in, we completely forgot to ask about them! The lovely staff remembered and actually came up to our room and knocked on the door to personally return them to us. A great hotel in a great location = high price! Breakfast alone will set you back $45/day, but if you're smart about the package you book it's a little bit of luxury in walking distance to Auckland City centre.

Owner was friendly, efficient, welcoming and helpful. The room was a good standard and was what I needed. I would definitely recommend this motel especially if yoy need to get to Eden Park.

Perfect. From check in until we left every aspect of the lodge was faultless. Richard & karen were the nicest people. Top rates from us and we will definitely be staying again. Nothing was ever an issue and the hospitality was 5☆+. JUST PERFECT.....
