"Sheets from each room were laying outside of the room for most of the day, rooms were clean but hallways were piles of laundry. Staff were not incredibly knowledgeable of the area, when asked about options in the area for pizza they had no idea, just seemed odd to not know that basic information. To top it all off woke up to one of the windows on my truck smashed. There were no other vehicles that way so am assuming it was a post baseball angry fan or something but definitely didn’t help win me over for the hotel. "

"It is a nice hotel near to Gateway Arch (1 min walk), the only confuse is to parking. Just get in to the garage and go directly to level 2 (green area), then take to elavator for check in. Parking is extra 40usd per day."

"Wonderful place to stay. Early evening Hors de bours which was nachos, pretzel and ship. Alcohol 3 beers or 3 glasses of wine was a nice perk. Rom was clean beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Several cooked options and of course the waffle bar and more were greatly enjoyed. Staff was as sweet as can be. "

" Needed a little staycation with my girlfriend and this hotel fit the bill for price and location. Convenient to good food. The hotel has been renovated. Still a couple items needing to be renewed like the patio doors, however, just having the patio was a huge plus. "
