"We stayed 3 nights. The staff were extremely helpful. Our booked room was in annexe beside kitchen conditioning units with jet engine noise levels. Obviously unacceptable. We were given alternative accommodation which was particularly pleasant and quiet. This may not always be available, so anyone booking needs to check if they expect a quiet night. Very good breakfast"

"We really enjoyed our three night stay. The staff and the food were excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the area or popping over the border in to Wales. We were able to park right outside the door to our room which was well equipped and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others."

"Great visit only annoying thing very limited choice on menu for vegetarians just 2 so as staying 4 nights 2 nights had veggie starter with chips and salad !"

"This hotel is exceptional. Itwas absolutely top notch. Could have been much dearer price. Breakfast was fantastic. Reception staff couldnโt have been more helpful. Supplied with dog bed for our terrier. Lovely town with lots of classy shops. Good dog walks. A must!!! Will hopefully visit again. PS. The hotel interior inc all decorations is outstanding. Not to be missed!!"

"The place was clean and bright. However we were unprepared for the atmosphere. Nowhere in the booking process did we understand that we were staying in a religious commune. We could not find the promised shared kitchen and the walls were very thin. Everyone was friendly but we only saw one last when we arrived and one when we left. We just felt the place was a bit strange."

"The room was small but nicely decorated. Only gripe was TV was a bit temperamental which might have been me. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Location is by a main road but very convenient for Ludlow and local area. Plenty of parking. Staff were very helpful."

"The room was clean however it is smaller than we expected but it was worth for money. Free parking available however it gets busy in the evening because the people those who are coming to pub also use the same carpark. The hotel situated in a great location. Aldi and Tesco Extra are few minutes walking distance. Curry house and kebab shops are close too."
