"We had previously booked at this hotel knowing there was a pool available. On booking this time, there were pictures of the pool on the Hotels.com website, which I therefore assumed there was a pool available. However, upon check-in I was told there is no pool. Was very disappointed and since then pics of the pool have been removed. Very misleading when booked. So very disappointed."
