"The Hyatt was good. The first night we were there we had a room on the 3rd floor rooftop out the window and when we started to go to sleep we noticed a hugh noise outside like a compressor running. Didn't think we'd sleep so Manager came up and moved us to the 5th floor. Great attitude no problem at all. Breakfast was also good lots of choices."

The room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect for seeing a concert at Lenova Center and for dining, shopping and enjoying museums. "It’s in a great area with the mall & restaurants down the street! Nice friendly staff & overall experience was good. Didn’t like that the ceiling in my bathroom started to leak & we realized the damage to the ceiling. Also disliked that there’s only 1 elevator for an 12 floor hotel. "

"Our first room was not fully cleaned the phone did not work nor did the bedside lamp. They changed our room and all is good. We ate in the restaurant but the salad I had for dinner was not to my liking. It was a vinegarette dressing. I should have read the menu better. All was good the waitress gave me credit on my salad. Her name was Taylor. She was excellent. "
