"Everything was fine. Staff were pleasant and eager to please. Food was good although the choice of food for the evening meal was limited.
The room was clean and comfortable with a good beach view. Seagulls were a bonus landing on the window ledge!!"
"The room had two relatively minor issues:
1. The toilet flush was terrible. Difficult to flush. Impossible with long flush, hit and miss with short flush.
2. The toilet roll holder was in need of securing. Toilet rolls inevitably fell to the floor when used.
As I said these issues were relatively minor but were an ongoing irritant."
"This hotel was a gem of a find! Wouldn't hesitate to go back. I had to call a few days before check in with some accessibility issues and the lady who answered the phone was wonderful, very kind and understanding!"
"Lovely swimming pool. Breakfast ok but a bit boring, same every day. Friendly staff. Interior a bit tired but luxurious in its time. Could make better use of outside gardens - sun beds, umbrellas, chairs and tables. Room price is fair."
"Had a great one night stay with good size room for my family of four. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Although breakfast is not included, it is available and made it easy in the morning to have a good meal. The location is ideal to visit Pembroke Castle or take a ferry."
