6/10 Okay

"The place is dated and tired the beds were auful the one bed had not one but + uriene stains plus pubic and long grey hairs under sheets and mattress covers , and creaked a lot when getting in and out. Also duvet cover was ripped and although clean the towels were stained.If they get the basics sorted then it was value for money."

"Beautiful setting overlooking the Estuary. Food in general was of a very high standard. Clean rooms are well-equiped and bar/ restaurant areas also lovely and clean. However, just one small thing there were nuts on floor of the lift for the 2 days that we stayed. So maybe the lift needs hoovering daily? Had a lovely stay and will recommend."

"The hotel was clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. The decor was very dated and in need of some serious TLC. It was quite noisy - lots of doors banging throughout the night, but this probably depends on the guests. Parking could have been free, but was an additional £5 a day, which isn't too bad I guess. Disappointed that given the hotel's history it didn't champion Wales in it's offerings - the tea bags in the room were for Yorkshire tea and the breakfast products were from Somerset, of course this doesn't make or break your stay but would have been a nice touch. All in all a perfectly ok stay."
