"There was roaches everywhere I tried to have a coffee and when I rinsed out the machine 3 roaches fell out of it"

"The check in foyer was clean. The complimentary breakfast could have been better. The one in Dunnellon was much better a 5 star this location was a 2.5. The rooms were clean but some fixtures next to the bed had rust on them. Which to me is an easy fix. If they listen and read the reviews. The location of this property I loved. Close to very nice restaurants and entertainment. The staff was excellent and gave great recommendations in where to go and have dinner and lunch. So I give this location a 3.0 "

"Sliding glass doors were very hard to open and close leading out to the porch. The room was in need of an update and the ceiling plaster ground was coming down. Refrigerator was too small even for the spot it was in. The television was also too small for the size of the room."
