"Had the castle room which very roomy, luxurious and had a nice view of the castle. Wish we could have stayed for more than one night."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom was clean and was a good size. Bathroom dated, cracked floor tiles. Inbath shower was of fixed height, which made washing difficult if over 5'8. Complentary tea/coffee etc. in room not replenished. Used mugs not removed /replaced. Internet was great. A good variety of options for breakfast, although staff had to be asked to replenish items which were finished. Dinner menu disappointing and limited. More akin to a bar menu than a hotel restaurant. Leisure facilities were good."
