"Stephen and Maria were at the door to great us on our arrival which was an an excellent way to make us feel very welcome after a long day of travel. Helped us with our luggage and showed us to our room. Stephen explained everything about the area, how to get there and the best places to eat. My wife and I felt very comfortable indeed. Excellent breakfast, great way to start the day."

"Our stay at the hotel. Staff food friendliness etc was excellent. My stay as a disabled person was not. The disabled access room was last on the corridor. This is a regular occurrence at hotels. If you are not bringing you scooter due to flight restrictions etc the length you walk can be critical to the success. There was no disabled / family changing at the pool. Limited seating and although direct access through staff entrance would have greatly reduced the walk and risk of slipping it was...
