"We had a wonderful stay! We stayed 2 nights with our kids and it was nice and quiet at night (3rd floor) even the morning it was still nice and quiet. Great breakfast buffet! Lots of options. Great views of Lake Superior! Comfortable beds, very clean rooms. Nice pool area with a small hot tub, however nice perk that they even have a sauna! Only negative was the volume of the tv only went to 25. Other than that it was great and we will be staying here again next time! "

"Pretty nice place! The only thing we didn’t like is how loud the showers are. We could hear them right through the walls. The shower floor was very dirty looking. Bathroom floor might have been just stained. Otherwise everything else was perfect and everyone was nice. "

"We were very upset as we picked this hotel had a small water park and the grandkids, we coming to see us and use the slide/ But the slide was closed as they had no one to watch it. It was more expensive compared to other hotels in the area and we were not happy. They did not offer any kind of refund or even a "We are sorry.""

"The lights on the wall did not work the key reader stopped working in the middle of the night when I had to come back from the store there was shortstaff so there was no housekeeping plus the electricity was off during the day because of some construction that they were doing"
