"Location was perfect. Was in town for a concert and couldn’t have picked a better location. Staff was very attentive and friendly. Only draw back was they didn’t have a shuttle. But that’s minimal. Didn’t attend the waterpark due to timing. Have heard many positive remarks about the facility and waterpark. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options to start the day right. The pool area was clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations – highly recommended!"

"This is our first time staying at a Hampton Inn or Hilton hotel and we were surprised at how nice hotel was. Melissa, checked us in at the front desk and the super cheerful and helpful. Our room was nice and clean and was surprised by the walk-in shower! Breakfast had lots of options and even some healthy versions. We have family in Galena but will definitely stay here again"
