The breakfast was awesome! The pool was freezing, and the hot tub was broken. The front desk staff were wonderful! They were experiencing technical difficulties because a storm took out the phone and internet, so they didn’t know if rooms were reserved, already rented, or available. They had to go back to pen and paper.

Clean hotel and quiet thank the gods. Breakfast was good hot and cold stuff. Hot tub was awesome! Jets were so strong they almost blew my bikini bottoms off. It was very relaxing, although having to get up every 5 minutes to push the power button for the jets sucked. Pool looked nice but I didn’t get in it. It was a good stay.

This property is typical compared to other Country Inn's I have experienced. I had no issues with my room, except it was difficult to control the temperature of the shower, and the bathroom sink drained poorly. The surrounding area is a scattered series of enclaves along a busy highway that in turn connected to nearby US highway 20. There were only two restaurants nearby the hotel and both were closed at 8PM. It was necessary to drive up the highway several miles to a McDonalds, or further for other restaurants.

Hot tub and pool were nice but the fan above the pool was pretty loud. Breakfast was ok. Room was ok except the toilet seat was not connected to the commode. The staff came across as not anxious to be of help. For instance, we found a pretty expensive drill near the pool abandoned. We went to the front desk, yelled hello and nobody answered. We called staff from the phone in an adjacent room, heard the phone ring and staff person answer. The person then came out of the room and took the drill. Similarly when we arrived we were a bit early. Nobody was at the desk. We called and the staff person told us rather curtly to come back at 1:30. We were early but it would have been nice to speak face to face with someone who might have at least checked to see if a room had been available.
