The shuttle was great. Jeff I will get you where you need. Emerald and Jeff were great when the pool was out of order. They shuttled us to a sister hotel. That sister hotel was rude, but great pool.

Convenient downtown location. Easy check in with super friendly staff! The king room was spacious and the bed was so comfy!! Free coffee in the lobby, bar and restaurant on site. Completely walkable to all the great restaurants and bars in downtown Dubuque. Great local shopping as well.

Staff was great. We had an issue with the heat in our room, maintenance arrived at our room as soon as he got to work. He got us a new room, made sure the cleaning staff took care of the room ASAP and went to the front desk to retrieve our new key cards.
