"This was the second time we stayed at this property. We had a little hiccup with our first night with the air conditioning, but we changed rooms the next day for the rest of our stay. Staff excellent, location excellent, breakfast excellent."

"Great location, helpful staff, and great amenities. Room was certainly smaller than anticipated and the a.c did not work great. Didn’t expect the carpet flooring from the pictures posted online. Is less like a traditional hotel with multiple buildings. Overall still had a good experience but is not exactly as advertised especially considering the price."

"Phenomenal! Exceeded all expectations on every level. We travel the world and this is definitely one of the Top 10 for us. From being picked up at the port to check in to the baggage handling. The room looked like no one had ever stayed in it. Extremely clean and updated. The bed was so comfortable. Our view was magical. The location is perfect. Very walkable. But their people made it the best. Every single encounter was warm and friendly. Breakfast was amazing! Don’t sleep in and miss it!"
