This is a great out of town hotel with a fantastic view. Easy to find and the bus stop is right outside with regular buses into Dubrovnik.
Ivan and the rest of the staff do a great job and nothing is too much trouble.
Not a huge choice for breakfast but what we did have was very good.

View from 3rd floor is wonderful. Need fan in bedroom. Air from mini-Split doesn’t reach bedroom. Otherwise excellent.

Lähellä ei mitään erityisempää, pari ravintolaa ja pieni marketti, majoituspaikka sopi hyvin muutaman yön olemiseen, bussipysäkit lähellä edullisesti pääsi kulkemaan Dubrovnikiin ja takaisin. Henkilökunta oli oikein ystävällisiä ja Babilon ravintolassa hinta-laatusuhde erinomainen. Rauhallinen alue.

Litet och prydligt rum med det mesta som behövs. Fönster mot vägen gav en del trafikljud. Middagen mkt bra med betjäning av underbart trevlig värdinna. Frukosten tyvärr en besvikelse: fullständigt utan särprägel eller inspiration.

Le personnel pas très réceptif à part le Mr de l'accueil du restaurant, arrivée on me dit que j'étais pas prévue obligée de lui prouver avec mon téléphone la réservation. Chambre bien, mais le petit déjeuner pas copieux du tout pour une personne qui ne mange pas de viande. Pas de quoi étendre le linge ni rangement dans la salle de bain . Contente piscine toute seule. Bus en face facile d'accès

If you want to be out of town and with no car, this is the place. AnneMaria and Ivan and their staff do an amazing job keeping everything ticking over. Breakfast is wonderful, especially the marmalade pancakes! You can take the bus into Dubrovnik from right across the road and there is a market 300 meters up the street - all very easy!! Take a walk along the foreshore too, quite beautiful. Yes, it is on a main road so if you are sensitive to traffic noise it might be a deterrent. Personally - I did not find it a problem at all. On site parking too, if you have a car. I hope to come back one day.

personaet virke ret ligeglade med os.
Deres køkken er talentløst. Hvis du fjerner æg, skinke og ost, så er der er ikke mere på deres morgen menu kort. Kun en slags juice.
Man kan ikke hænge sit våde badetøj til tørre i lejligheden.
Pool og spa var ret godt :) men skønt de reklamere med betjening ved pool, så er den ikke eksisterende.
vores senge blev ikke redt på noget tispunkt.
De kunne gøre det så godt, hvis de ville, men de gider ikke. Opholdet er for dyrt, pris og kvalitet hænger IKKE sammen,

Lovely Family run villa.
Our room was clean bed sheets crisp. Bathroom a bit small but served the purpose, good water pressure in the shower. Full length mirror would have been nice
Breakfast cooked fresh and brought to your table, mixed fresh fruit was always available and presented beautifully
Staff were so helpful and friendly
It is only a few mins from the sea,but first you do need to cross a fairly busy road (there is a zebra crossing)
Nearest Pebble beach that gently slopes into the sea 15 mins walk away
A few restaurants were close by which served quality food next to the sea
It is a fairly quiet area we went by taxi to Dubrovnik and it cost about £15 each way ....but i believe there is a bus service

Honnêtement mon séjour c’est très bien passé ! Le personnel au top ! Accueillant avec le sourire.
Chambre propre, piscine et jaccuzi très propre de plus souvent on avait la piscine pour nous tout seul hihihi
Dans un endroit calme est proche de Dubrovnik à 15min.
Heureusement nous avons pas pris dans la ville même de Dubrovnik car ayant loué une voiture vous payer l’horodateur a défaut d’une grosse amende !

Hotel prometedor, pésimo servicio.
Aunque las instalaciones son relativamente buenas, la ubicación conveniente y agradable, el servicio en recepción y limpieza de las habitaciones es inexistente.
En primer lugar NO hicieron el aseo de la habitación al día siguiente, Segundo y lo más malo de todo, es q el conserje es mesero y camarero a la vez. Por atender el restaurante no tiene en cuenta la atención de los huéspedes.
