Perfect appartment to stay. Very close to Super market, restaurants and Beach! Very nice terrace, where you can have your meals with great views. What not to like?

위치면에서 라파드 중심가와 가깝다는게 장점. 계단이 많음. 관리 상태는 청결하고 주인 아주머니도 꽤 친절했다는 3박 머무르는 동안 마켓에서 구매한 것(실용적 기념품)을 냉장고 위에 올려놨는데 외출한 동안 가져가버렸음. 체크아웃하고 비행기 탔는데 생각나서 매우 속상함. ㅠㅠ

Erittäin hyvin varusteltu ja tilava huoneisto loistavalla sijainnilla. Suuri ja viihtyisä terassi, jonka kautta käynti yhdelle Dubrovnikin parhaista rannoista. Ainoa miinus tulee pelkästä käteismaksuvaihtoehdosta, josta ei ollut mainintaa missään.

La villa Vala est très bien située, dans le quartier Babin Kuk, sur les hauteurs, tout près d'une plage de galets, mais très bien aménagée. Nombreux bar coktails, restaurants. C'est très animé. Pas loin de la citadelle de Dubrovnik, que l'on peut rejoindre par le bus 6. Place de parking privée, ce qui est très appréciable

Nice apartment with large terrace, and good size kitchen. Near a lovely promenade to swimming spots, restaurants and the bus stop to the old city. Quite a few stairs but apartment was clean, comfortable snd well located.

Casa strategica per il mare e i ristoranti

Fantastica posizione a due passi dalle attrazioni della zona. Mare stupendo e ci si arriva in due minuti a piedi. Fermata dei mezzi pubblici ad un paio di minuti, e da li, in circa dieci minuti si raggiunge la città vecchia. Struttura un po datata, ma pulita ed ordinata, bello il terrazzo ed il giardino, in più vi è il posto auto riservato, cosa da non sottovalutare per chi raggiunge Dubrovnik in macchina, (visto i costi dei parcheggi).

Asunto on hyvällä paikalla lähellä rantaa ja kaikkia palveluja! Ystävällinen emäntä, jonka kanssa yhteydenpito toimi. Hän oli todella avulias. Asunnossa on kaksi tilavaa makuuhuonetta ja molemmissa oli oma ilmalämpöpumppu. Voisimme mennä tähän asuntoon uudestaankin!

La casa è affittata da una signora che ha il suo appartamento al piano superiore e che quindi scende quando e come vuole nella terrazza della casa affittata. La pulizia lasciava un po’ a desiderare e l’odore entrando in casa non era dei migliori. Il pagamento è stato richiesto solo ed esclusivamente in cash. Tuttavia la posizione è molto buona, a 3 minuti dal mare e da una pedonale ricca di ristoranti, bar e chioschetti.

El lugar esta bien, todo funciona, esta limpio, pero necesitaria alguna actualizacion ( colchones por ejemplo). Es como un apartamento de verano que te presta un familiar....tiene absolutamente todo lo que necesitas pero no fue actualizado. Obviamente la relacion precio calidad es acorde. No recomendable para gente muy mayor o con problemas de movilidad por la cantidad de escalones para acceder. Deberian promocionar la llegada desde la calle superior desde donde se baja a la propiedad.

Nice place and would recommend it

Excellent location very close to the beach, supermarket and lot of restaurants, evenings are beautiful to walk around. The apartment is spacious has everything, kitchen with a lot of utensils, comfort bed, AC, wifi, nice host. Pay only by cash. Would recommend for single or couple to spend time relax close to the beach.

Mukava pieni asunto kauniissa Dubrovnikissa, josta oli lyhyt kävelymatka rannalle ja kävelykadulle sekä sopiva kävelymatka bussipysäkille, jos halusi käyttää paikallisbussia. Asunto oli hieman ylempänä kuin kävelykatu ja portaita oli pakko käyttää. Vaihtoehtona oli yhdet portaat ja sitten tietä pitkin, joka oli pidempi reitti kävelykadulle. Toinen vaihtoehto oli n. 5 portaat alaspäin, josta pääsi suoraan kävelykadulle.

Lovely little place in an amazing location, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beach, restaurants and bars only a five minute walk away. Bus stop round the corner. Really made us feel welcome, would return here again.

A good location..stairs an issue for luggage. What we got was not what we thought..2 bedrooms for 4 people was two bedrooms for 3 people and a fold out bed in the sitting area. A lesson to be careful to double check what is booked. The décor is tired and apartment could do with a spruce up and some maintenance undertaken. Well stocked kitchen and a really nice area outside to sit. We enjoyed our stay after the initial issues with bed arrangements.
