Villa Vinka

Excellent value for money. The lady who prepares the rooms was very friendly, pleasant and told us everything we wanted to know. We enjoyed uninterrupted sleep very comfortable bed. We parked the car up and used local bus service economical, efficient and reliable. We would choose Villa Vinka again only next time for much longer.

We had a great stay at Villa Vinka. The property manager lives on premise and any request will get done promptly. Great area to be in as well. We were forunate that there were not other people present in the house, but I could see the walls may be thin if it was full. Great deal and it worked for us. A few of the light bulbs didn't work and the fan in the kitchen either but we were still able to cook (no microwave).

تم استيجار الفيلا وتم خصم المبلغ من حسابي وعند الوصول الى الموقع تم الاتصال على الشخص وافادني ان هناك شخص اخر قد استاجرها وقال انه سوف يعوضني بافضل منها لكن للاسف عندما ذهبت وشاهدتها وجدتها سيئه وليس بنفس المواصفات والمستوى وطلبت منه اعاده المبلغ ولحد الان لم يصلني شي

Only good thing about it is location.

I wouldn’t recommend it unless you dont care about air conditioning (AC) or housekeeping. Location is the only thing going for this place. We stayed in Apt 4 for 5 days. AC kept going in and out. Barely got any sleep because the heat was unbearable at night. They said it was fixed but would break down again. Other neighbors had the same problem. No one came to clean our place. No new towels or sheets. Asked about the laundry facilities and was told there wasn’t any even tho the website says it does. Only good thing is it’s a very short was to restaurants and the beach. Other than that not worth it. You can definitely find something else.

Great location but lacks service.

The location was excellent and the unit was clean. There was no one there to check us in or out. The keys were in the unit and we waited inside for someone e to show up but gave up after an hour. We were short bedding and so we tried to find someone to help. The lady downstairs said she would send the manager up when he got home but we never saw him. We managed to find extra bedding in a closet in the entry outside of our unit.

I loved the location could not fault that the studio was nothing like any of the studios in the photos we must of got the worse which iis why there was no photo the fridge did no work we were given an alternative which was half the size and the freezer did not work there was no in room safe as claimed in description no lights in bedside did not work no housekeeping we had to find our own clean towels and empty and dispose of our own litter as the room was starting to smell we had to look for our own bedsheets to change our own bed the Internet also barely worked when it did it was displaying a very poor signal also there was no communication with owners

Apartamento bonito, cama horrible

El apartamento es bonito pero la cama, que son dos colchones individuales, fue lo peor. No descansamos bien. Es una lastima porque el entorno local esta muy bien, muchos restaurantes y a 5 min de la playa, con el bus en 15 min estás en el centro de dubronik. Si no fuera por el pésimo descanso volvería.

Dubrovnik Stay

Lovely accommodation. Little to no interaction with the staff but from our brief communication, they were great as they organized taxi from the airport and ensured they were there for our check-in. They also let us store our bags there after we checked out until we left Dubrovnik. Rooms were lovely and taxis to the Old Town were about €4.

Excellent accommodation near Dubrovnik

Excellent apartment with balcony, small kitchen and fridge in Lapad, only ten minutes from old city by good bus service. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops including supermarket within walking distance, as is western harbour for boat trips. A must is a tour to Bay of Kotor in Montenegro.

Grande chambre bien équipée. Personne sur place pour check-in et check-out! Ils avait laissé les clés à l’intérieur de la chambre, du coup j’ai pas compris en quoi ça posé problème qu’on dépose les valises le matin puisqu’on arrivait en ferry! Wifi ne fonctionnait pas!

Very bad, misserable, I dont rate it as 1 star even The room is very dirty dust on floor, matress is thin as if i was sleeping on wood, the light bulb beside bed are not working, the parking is narrow and sometimes no parking, No shampoo or hygiene staff, I called to ask for an iron they told me the owner is not there, she will bring it in 10 minutes and I kept waiting for an hour, there was no safe to keep my things inside and they wrote a paper that they are not reaponsible for the loss of items! R they serious!!!

Belle chambre

La chambre est grande et vraiment très proche d'une rue animée avec des restaurants et la plage au bout. Pour aller dans le centre ville très pratique avec le bus. Bonne réactivité quand il y a un problème. Point négatif Nous avions pris rendez vous pour 14 h et nous avons du attendre presque une heure que quelqu un vienne. Le parking n'est vraiment pas pratique d'accès. La ruelle est toute petite pour y arriver. Contrairement à ce qu'ils indiquent les serviettes ne sont pas changé. Nous avions pris un studio avec vue jardin et nous avons eu un escalier à 1 m de notre balcon. Pas terrible.

Rekommenderas

Vi fick rummet på bilden och den var vacker, relativt ren och fin. Det är gångavstånd till stranden och placerat väldigt centralt i den delen av Dubrovnik. En nackdel är att andra människor rykte på dörr handtaget om nätterna vilket kan vara lite skrämmande.
