We really enjoyed the easy walk through friendly clean neighborhoods to get to the beach, bus stop, restaurants, grocery etc. Had a lot of space and a nice patio hang out area. Would have been nice to have a few items in the kitchen for cooking and clean up.

O apartamento é amplo, limpo, com cozinha muito bem equipada. Cama confortável, mas roupa de cama ruim. Ótimo banheiro e banho. Tem um belo terraço privativo e agradável. A localização é muito boa. Adoramos Lapad, lugar lindo, seguro com muitas opções de restaurantes e bares. Fica muito proximo da praia Sunset Beach e do Porto. Para ir ao Centro Histórico necessário usar ônibus ou taxi. A comunicação com a administração do apartamento não foi eficaz. Recebemos as instruções de como fazer o check-in quando já estávamos na local, mesmo atendendo todas as solicitações exigidas pela propriedade. Isso pose ser melhorado. Recomendo a hospedagem!
