I booked a Courtyard room with 2 double beds in particular and I have just arrived to a Loft room with stairs my husband has a very bed knee ( no courtyard obviously) and 1 double bed with 1 single bed for a small child - I’m very unhappy - it’s 3 am here so I will speak with reception in the morning - if they can’t rectify I will want to cancel and ask for refund - this is not acceptable

This place is appalling looks nothing like the photos is damaged dirty grotty no hot water in sink despite running it for a while mould on bath mats dirt makes on every single wall and skirting fabrics of the chairs stained I kept my shoes on the entire time as I did not want my bare feet touching the floor I reached out to the hotel and showed them the photos and said I was not happy with the £97 paidd for one night as the listing is fraudulent it does not look like that and they offered no compensation whatsoever the service is disgusting as is the room

My family of 3 stayed here for two nights to cap off our trip to Ireland. The property is beautiful and peaceful and charming. It is a little bit outside of Dublin which made it perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was absolutely delightful and made our stay completely enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it highly.

Unfortunately it was dark when we arrived, so we didn't get to enjoy the grandeur until the morning. Our room was large and the bed was massively comfortable. This was a last minute booking and we are so glad we chose this Manor. If you stay here, and I fully recommend that you do, don't forget to pop into the garden and say hello to GiGi on the way!

Easiness of collecting Hotel Room Key. Lovely views of the Manor gardens and surroundings from our room. Beautiful Pony in the field made stay so refreshing and calming (seening the Pony being feed at Lunchtimes and .collected in the evenings). Staff always on hand with a smile and providing great customer service at the Front Deak and in the Bar Area. Ey Access to Celbridge and Rathcoole.
