Room temperature was hard to control. Good area very close to the tram and walkable area. Right across from 3arena so if you are going to a show its the obvious place to stay. Staff was very friendly, we ciuldnt check in early but they had luggage storage which was very handy

This is a good hotel to stay. The staff were friendly and polite. The food was expensive. It will be good if they have a buffet and reduce the price of the breakfast.

A quick overnight stay before heading on holiday the following day. Accessible by the Luas straight from the train station. Bus stop for the airport right around the corner, so ideal. Room exceeded expectations; it was very large, clean and comfortable. Had water provided as well as tea/coffee/biscuits.

Our room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The Luis, rail transportation, ends right outside the front door which was perfect. The breakfast buffet was very good. If you want some other kind of eggs other than scrambled you just ask and they bring it right to you. The only thing I think they could improve on is the lobby and entryway. It needs some furniture and rugs to warm up the look. It looks like you’re still at an airport when you walk in.
