We arrived very late and were promptly greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. Early the next morning, we learned our flight had been canceled. The staff was extremely accommodating in not only booking us for another night, but also in helping us to plan activities for our extra unanticipated day. They never made us feel like we were monopolizing their time, even though i am confident that was the case. I would also like to mention that the same manager seemed to be working literally 24/7 (we actually joked about this) and he was so warm and friendly (if you are reading this, please know we think you're definitely in the right business). The room was lovely and spacious but also modern and updated with all the amenities. I wish they had these hotels everywhere we traveled in Europe, because it would have saved a lot of headaches!

Amazing I’ve came from Northern Ireland with my grandson with autism and the staff were a great help and understood his special needs, the bedroom bathroom, the entire hotel was spotless and the location was in good spot close to the city centre but quieter

Nice place with large, comfortable bed and a great shower. Good location, easy to walk many places, but quiet at night. Lots of shopping and groceries around the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, cost money, but worth it.
