Lovely boutique hotel with an amazing indoor pool complete with steam room and indoor sun loungers. Was made to feel very welcome. Hotel was very accommodating of my dairy free diet at breakfast with only one days prior notice of dairy free request.

Only stayed overnight, but it was really peaceful and quiet. Set in lovely surroundings, with rabbits grazing on the lawn. Everywhere was very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, hot and fresh. I can thoroughly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Cosy time in The Bothy and two nights in the main Lodge. Slept so well, lovely birdsong and calm relaxing grounds. Good pool and spa. Good breakfast. Excellent host. Friendly staff. Left relaxed and refreshed.

Booked last minute, had 1 night in The Bothy. It was cosy, good hot tub, mini bar of complimentary drinks and snacks. Loved the grounds and wonderful birdsong. 2 nights in The Guest House were good. Loved the pool. Breakfast excellent. Staff helpful and friendly. Spa good and nice staff but booked - so book in advance . Wd have liked to try good restaurants in Beverley but they are small and booked up in advance. Had a wonderful time at Bempton cliffs - rare albatross to be seen and boat trip from North Landing . Interesting church at Bempton and liked the old town at Bridlington. Had a wonderful trip.

The ‘Bothy’ was a lovely bolt hole for a romantic stay for my partner and I. It was lovely and clean well presents.The hot tub and the full fridge was an extra special touch.

Clean and friendly. Good size room. Stayed two nights in the hotel and two nights in the bothy. Both good but the bothy is excellent. Hamper breakfast is plentyful. We used some of it for lunch! Plenty of the complimentaries supplied. Nothing is too much trouble. Would definitely stay again.

So much potential but not quite delivered. This hotel has a lovely location and feel. First problem could be the result of booking through expedia. We booked a quadruple room with a double and two singles. When we arrived they said they were expecting just two adults so the room was only equiped to sleep 3. This was fixed quickly but I was clear when i booked what i required. The room looked much bigger on the photos on Expedia. Because of covid 19 the breakfast needs booking the day before with all items shown on a sheet of paper. You write the order on the back. Our order got confused, because of my writing, other notes not written by me, etc. It was all corrected at the time, but i didnt appreciate having my order and the descrepencies of the order system discussed openly in the breakfast room. A mistake happened, just correct it and move on......... 7.30 sunday morning a generator starts belting out a loud noise. Work going on on some new buildings. Come on!!!!! This shouldnt be a surprise to guests. My feeling, the hotel owners have a lovely hotel and are trying to build a nice family business but they are focussed on the new buildings and havent quite grasped the best way to cope with covid19 requirements. Wouldnt take much to improve!
