"Maybe the best and friendliest check in ever. The rooms and the hotel its self were great. Breakfast is where the issues came up, the pancake machine was broken, which I get stuff happens, so I decided to get a bowl of cereal, no milk,I say something to the attendant, she said they were out and walked away. I decide I'll just get a glass of juice, the machine only gave concentrate. Again I ask the attendant, who shrugs and again walks away. So I go to the front desk and let them know everything, the let me know the oj is a known issue and usually theres water and they let you know, and then she runs to the store to milk, super easy. "The windows were very dirty and obviously had not been cleaned for quite some time. It was difficult to see out. The floor left a black residue on our feet as well as the knees and feet of our toddler. Overall, it was clean, but there are definitely some things that need to be tended to."
