Airport Hotels, Doylestown (DYL)

"I stayed in this hotel with my young daughter and my elderly parents. We reserved two rooms in the “Barn” section of your property. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing due to unacceptable room conditions. The rooms were uncomfortably cold throughout the entire night. Despite the outside temperature being around 40°F, the air conditioning appeared to be running continuously, and we were unable to turn it off or switch to heat. My elderly parents were so cold that they even feel comfortable to take off their clothes to take a shower! My 8-year-old daughter woke up during the night due to the cold and had to sleep in her winter jacket, as the extra blankets provided did not help!! This level of discomfort is far below reasonable expectations, especially considering the price we paid for the rooms. Instead of enjoying our stay, my parents couldn't wait until morning so we could leave and warm up somewhere else. I brought my parents to Pennsylvania to show them around, as they are visiting from another country, and unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression. The most interesting thing that I did email the hotel and they NEVER were back to me!! Unbelievable how people are running their businesses right now...."

"We were at a wedding,so no expectations just fhere for a wedding. Your venue was lovely. The rooms were spacious and well thought out. The restaurants and wedding dinner was exceptional."

"Air conditioning was the only thing nice about this property. Hallways were musty. Room smelled like smoke. There was some sort of bug crawling in the bathroom. Im afraid that were going to be infested with bugs after this stay. We didn’t even sleep under the covers."

"Dirty, buggy room, missing mattress for pull put sofa, pullout bed frame unstable and unuseable. Staff could provide an alternate room and made no attempt to find us alternatives so we left and stayed no nights. "

"First time here. Loved the walkability. Room was very clean & comfy. Front desk staff & room service staff were very polite & helpful. Pros- great water pressure, soap dish (you’d be surprised how many hotels don’t provide, making a mess at the sink, so thanks!) Cons- no mini fridge in room (I need cold water), pillows are way too soft for me. Would definitely return."

"We stayed two nights in the main hotel. We loved being able to walk to everything and choose between lots of restaurants. The tulips were in bloom and the property is so beautiful. Its also convenient to sights in Doylestown, New Hope, and Lambertville"
