"It started wonderfully… Staff at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and kind every time we came and went. However, our room was never cleaned despite repeated requests to both the cleaning staff in person, the “clean my room” tag hung on the door, and direct requests to the front desk. 4 days, 3 nights. Not ONCE. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and fresh sheets the third night, they wouldn’t even bring them up because only one person was working. Terrible experience, would never stay here again."

"Reggie at the front desk was so helpful! We had an issue with the room lock and he came straight up and checked it out himself. When it was not able to be fixed, the supervisor and him switched us to another room even though we arrived late at night. Exceptional customer service!! Always greeted with a warm welcome and smile. Wasn’t excited about having to use the valet, but each driver was great and so friendly, it was no trouble at all. Would definitely stay again."
