Excellent location, fabulous hotel and room with very friendly and helpful staff

Nice hotel, easy parking across the road in multi story car park. Only negative was had to move room due to someone making deliveries next to an alley way & excessivly reving his engine at 5am which woke me up. This went on for the best part of an hour. Was moved instantly & staff are efficient & friendly.

Lovely reception staff Room was spacious Location was slightly run down

The bedrooms are large and in good condition. The staff are helpful and accommodating. My only disappointment was that the wi-fi wasn't working and while the staff were apologetic, there wasn't any sense of urgency to get it fixed. In our modern world, this is unacceptable. Who was managing the hotel?

The property was well maintained and easily accessible for my purpose of being in Lincoln

Nice space, good location and parking adjacent (pay extra). Good location for restaurants, bars and easy walking. Room a good size, bathroom small but fine. Amenities good , gym good

Nice & clean hotel in a fantastic location & at a very affordable price. The room was clean & comfortable, I had a very relaxing stay.

Absolutely LOVED this place!! It was so cute and historic! Built in 1909 it has so much character and felt like I was transported into a French renaissance era and my goodness it was the cleanest place ive stayed in. I’ve been to some 5 star hotels and this was even better!! If I’m ever in Lincoln again I know where I’ll be staying for sure! 10/10

Fabulous stay on all counts. Clean, comfortable and very helpful staff. Also breakfast was great and they accommodated my being a coeliac, ( gluten free ). Would definitely recommend and we'd definitely come back.

Perfect

Superb hotel, very well looked after and has everything you need, maybe would be nice to have proper knives & forks rather than plastic disposable
