"Staff were professional and timely. We needed help with taking our bags to the lower level, which did not have elevator access and the staff carried our bags down by hand. The hotel needs renovations and the cleaning could be better. We found hair left in the bathroom. The rooms are spacious especially the suites. "

"The staff was very kind & helpful, both in the evening when we checked in and in the morning when we checked out. The entire property was maintained beautifully and was very welcoming. The workout room had good equipment that was in good repair and clean. Our room and bathroom were well appointed and immaculately clean. It has clean & comfortable carpet in the living area, which is hard to find these days. The breakfast had healthy options and was yummy, and the area was kept very clean. We have stayed in many hotels on our road trips and this is the cleanest and most comfortable place we have stayed. We would highly recommend!!!!!"
