"Started a new job in downtown Eugene and needed a place to stay until my house was ready. This was perfect- within a short walk to my office so I didn't need to worry about parking. It's not the Ritz, but it was well-cared for and I appreciated the efforts to keep it a funky little place. Big fan of the little bar in the lobby. Also loved that it's within walking distance to anything you could need. Only downside is that, as others have remarked, it could REALLY benefit from better sound...

"We always stay here when we visit Eugene. We love the location. There is a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. The property is very clean. The owners are very friendly. Will definitely be back. "

"The room was disgusting. There was someones old shorts under the bed skirt, and sweat stains on the mattress that were very visible through *hopefully* clean sheets. There was hair left in the shower. Cleanliness 0/10. I slept fully clothed, and actually looked around for bed bugs. All that being said- the staff was pleasant, and we were in a pinch to find some where to sleep on a road trip, so we had to take what we could.... I wish we would have just kept driving."
