"Our stay at the graduate was very nice. We only had one problem. The air conditioner in the room was very cold and it could not be adjusted. We were offered another room but were already settled in with our pet. And they said that if we gave the air conditioning a moment, it would shut off. It never did."

"Property is undergoing renovation so “front desk” is a small table set up at a side entrance. Room was super clean and bed was comfortable. A good bit of traffic noise from main road. The exercise facility, if you’re so inclined, is available at a neighboring property down the road. Breakfast was included and decent. Area very walkable and safe."
