"This was my second time staying at the Quality Inn Beachfront property, this stay we had an oceanfront view which was amazing. The only issue I had was that it was so foggy our second day day that you really couldn't see the ocean. However, just the sound of the waves was so relaxing. And not to mention having a kitchenette was great and saves money eating out. I will be back in the coming months."

"The derelict fountain out front, the trash blowing about, the dead plants, the musty smell, the closed spa, the lack of servers for breakfast in the Grand Terrace, the neglected request for a high floor, the closed shops, the burning smell of a grill on the lobby level, and the guests next door smoking weed each day was enough for us to not want to stay here again. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and I'm sure it's somewhat better in the summer, but there are many other good choices for the price. "

"There was no AC in the "old part" of the building stating the hotel was in nuetral for changeover. The room held at 77 degrees with a singluar box fan given. Maintenance began on the pool at 7am sharp on Saturday- loudly- feet outside on ground floor beach front room. Ocean view obstructed fully by tiki bar. "

"I’ve stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Ocean City multiple times over the years, and it remains my go-to for “affordable luxe.” The ambience, chic decor, and that signature Hilton scent set the tone immediately—it’s such a calming, elevated experience. The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Housekeeping was especially kind and accommodating, refreshing our room and bringing extra towels while we enjoyed the beach. Service like that never goes unnoticed. The oceanfront view? 10/10. Waking up to those serene, picture-perfect sunrises is truly unmatched. And the location is ideal—just a quick walk through the sand to the start of the boardwalk. Staff was a highlight this stay—the front desk gentleman was warm and welcoming, and the associate who helped with our luggage was exceptional. A couple notes: the hotel is very dog-friendly, which may be a plus for some, but there were quite a few dogs during this stay. Elevator rides were often shared, and I did hear barking through the walls at times. A designated pet-free floor would be a great option for guests without animals. Also, the pool was a bit underwhelming (around a 6/10) and could’ve been cleaner, though it still worked as a fun backup for the kids on a chilly day. Overall, this hotel continues to deliver on comfort, views, and vibe—I’ll absolutely be back."
