Search Hotels with Laundry Service in Douala

I had another excellent stay at K Hotel. The property is exceptionally clean and feels very secure throughout. The service is outstanding, beginning with the comfortable airport transfer and continuing with the friendly and attentive reception staff. The rooms are well maintained and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The poolside restaurant serves excellent food, and the breakfast is of a very high standard. This was my second visit, and K Hotel is now my first choice...

It was amazing and excedded my expectation

Excellent

Stanza pulita e comoda, personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Clean and good hotel

The stay got off to a bad start when we arrived at 11pm only to be told we had no reservation and the hotel was fully booked. We had received confirmation that the room was guaranteed and paid for through hotels.com and after disputing the fact for 30 mins the hotel finally found us a room from somewhere. To be fair after this the stay went smoothly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It surpassed expectations for a 3 star.

I will like the owners to add windows in rooms that are airlock like 213 where I spent a night

The standard rooms are small but adequate for a short stay

Excellent service and staffs are always there and ready to serve. Management should consider carrying out some maintenance/repairs. Moreover, there shouldn’t be asking clients who have made reservations via Hotels.com to pay additional 3000CFA as tax.
