Customer service was top notch. Loved the buffet they serve every morning for breakfast. We had some plumbing issues with our bathroom, but as soon as we made them aware they sent someone immediately to fix it. Would definitely recommend.

I never comment on hotels but this one is a hidden gem in Douala. The street it is on is not that great but the staff, the food, the room, everything is just perfect. It is a luxury hotel that is not pretentious and I love it. The only "critic" would be that the pool is small and directly in the bar/restaurant area so it lacks some privacy for people in bathing suits... I recommend strongly.

I loved this hotel. I was very impressed by the cleanliness, the food, the location, the entire vibe of the hotel. One issue I had was the shortage of towels. My reservation was for two, and they only had one towel in the room, and my calls to the front desk to request for extra towels was pointless. This brings me to the service. While most of the workers were extremely polite and professional, a few of them were quite rude and unprofessional. Itโ€™s sad that this rudeness is expected, but you need to do better.
