Over-assessment of this hotel in the grading

In comparison with the price, it appears over-assessed. The room is tidy and the staff are friendly and cooperative. However, the hotel's facility is not enough for family entertainment. There is only one outdoor swimming poor which is forcibly out of service in poor weather. You can watch TVB broadcast clearly in your room for enjoyment. The quality of the channel for broadcasting TVB programme is extremely poor with other inner channels, like CCTVs. In addition, the wifi signal is extremely poor and is intermittently always cut-off. In all, the facility of the hotel is a litter bit below standard and the accommodation is going to be old in the future without proper maintenance. Room service is unexpectedly frustrated. The toilet paper is not replaced or supplied in the daily clean-up. I don't think it will attract any further users in this level of service.

5-Star Shining

The 5-star Shining. Very nice rooms and hotel, but half shut down and nearly empty. Only one restaurant open and dinner buffet items still out for breakfast. It is the only hotel in the entire area but otherwise no reason to ever stay here.
