"My first visit to Silverton and I'm so glad I chose to stay at The Avon! Loved the charm of this place, very fitting to the full experience of a mountain town at high elevation. The whole establishment was kept very clean, bathrooms are clean and stuffed with clean towels and toiletries, the kitchen/bar/living room area is very roomy. Comfort Inn & Suites Durango

"Comfort inn is my home away from home. Not only is it in a very convenient location with busstops close by, but it's within walking distance of my job on the river trail, so either way, I am never far away from where I am going. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. Tyler was super cool by letting me check in early because the room was ready, which was great because I was in the middle of a moving, which is always nightmare!! The rooms are always clean and well kept. Sometimes I see the housekeepers there well after 5 pm, which means they are very dedicated. I will be staying here again soon"

"Nice hotel conveniently situated with lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance, the room was nice but the mattress had seen better days, had to put a pillow at my side so that I didn’t fall out the bed. The bathroom was small and toilet was a bit cramped against the wall, but I appreciate that it’s an old building."

"Road trip through Colorado and stopped in Durango for two nights. Hilton was in a prime downtown location. Beautiful hotel, restaurants on premises, parking, indoor pool and the rooms were clean , beds were comfortable and appreciated the noon checkout. Definitely would stay here again ."
