Nice clean room. Quiet. Bathroom is clean, a little small, but perfectly suited for one person. Shower is excellent: hot and powerful. Location is good; busy road, but not chaotic, and easy to get to main areas of HCMC. They do require a deposit on check-in, either by local QR/bank transfer or cash, no cards accepted.

Very high standards of cleanliness. Good breakfast included (local dishes) Good restaurants within walking distance (use Google maps). Interesting area. Get a local sim card and use Grab taxis. Prices between 70p (!!!!!) and £3 to get you anywhere in the city. With the low cost of this hotel being about 1/3 of hotels in district 1 what's not to love about it. From the UK and will most definitely use this as our stop over hotel in future.

The hotel is ok, had a warm shower, A/C worked, flat screen TV and the beds were alright. Room size was big for what you pay for which is a bonus. The staff are really helpful and friendly even though they speak limited English. The bathroom wasn't perfectly clean but was what you'd expect for the standard of hotel out here. It is quite far from the centre, about 4km we walked it once. Probably not best if your here as a tourist but perfect for us who were needing to be close to the hospital for...

What is there to see and do around District 5?
After checking into your accommodation of choice, you'll probably want to venture out and explore. Experience the area's swimming and Chinatown, and make time for local attractions such as An Dong Market and Cho Lon Mosque. For additional things to see and do, consider a visit to University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City or The Garden Mall.
