The lobby is beautiful and we found the location ideal. We used Grab taxis to go everywhere, They were very cheap. The staff are so helpful and very friendly. The breakfast buffet has an amazing selection of food. The pool was accessible, as the hotel catered for a lot of business men, it was never busy and adequate sunbeds. We were in the rainy season so never stayed by the pool all day, also off sightseeing. The only criticism is the room smelt a bit, the rest of the hotel has piped scent...

Its a good property in the centre of the city. Convience stores and coffee shops are near by. Swimming pool although on the top floor is big and clean. Over all a good property to stay in.

Amazing rooftop pool and seafood buffet. We were given an upgraded room which was really spacious and very nice. We were only there one night but the pool and dining options meant we didn’t need to leave the hotel and it was a lovely relaxing stopover in HCM.

This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the river and just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. As soon as we arrived this hotel felt special - you can completely relax whilst you are there and it is a nice contrast to staying in District 1. I would imagine that some people might not like being so far away from the centre of things, and traffic can be a pain, but we felt it was more than worth it! Excellent stay, staff were incredibly responsive and very friendly. Rooms was very clean and modern with all the amenities you would need. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast was included and delicious with a wide range of options available. The top floor has free self-service available for use including dryer.

The hotel is well located close to the AirPort but a short distance by taxi to the centre of the city . ( They also provide a complimentary bus ) . The rooms are comfortable and spacious . Bay Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City was excellent. Rooms were lovely, a bit noisy but that is be expected due to the prime location near the river and in the city centre. Rooms very clean and particularly liked the propeller bar and the friendliest of 2 members of staff (male and female) that were extremely helpful.
