"The only two things I had an issue with were the parking and the pillows. Valet parking was $53 and self-parking was $42, which felt pretty steep. Also, the pillows in our room weren’t very comfortable."

"Location was good- close to Disney springs. But it was big and loud with no atmosphere and the snack bar had not great choices at very high prices. My room was bigger than average, the shower was good, the view was awful. I had a broken desk chair that I reported the first day and nothing was done. No one on staff was anything more than the required amount of cordial. The buses to Disney properties were once every hour and you needed to reserve them- or it was recommended. The drop off and pick up spots were not made totally clear. All in all just ok"

"Hotel room was clean and located where we needed it for the purposes of our trip. Plenty of food and shopping nearby. We had 2 complaints, One it was difficult to figure out the TV channels from the on screen menus. A list of channels on the room would be nice. Secondly, the laundry room was a disaster. Only 1 or 2 of the washing machines worked and only 3 driers worked and by the end of the week the room was totally closed. This was problematic since I needed to wash a uniform every evening and we had to wash it in the sink and use a hair drier to dry it on multiple locations"
