"We were there for 4 days and the elevator was out of service the entire time of our stay. The ice machine on our floor didnt work either. Carpets in hallways were stained and the entire hotel looked like it was in need of an update/maintenance. Requested a late check out, but that wasn't possible and was asked to leave immediately at checkout time. It looked like it was a nice hotel at one time, but hasn't really been taken care of."

The room smelled bad and did not feel clean or welcoming at all. Overall, the customer service was poor and the atmosphere was uncomfortable because the lady at the front desk seemed upset and rude the entire time. I would not stay here again."
