"The Casa Blanca Inn did not disappoint. The room was spacious and clean. Having the kitchenette was a real bonus with a full sized fridge, cook top and microwave. The bathroom had a large shower with plenty of hot water. The only thing missing was a luggage rack to put a suitcase on and a few hangers. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. We definitely recommend it and will certainly stay again. "

"This is the best hotel. We visit Mesa every few months and this is the only hotel we will stay at. The friendliness of the staff is our number one reason. They are accommodating and always welcoming. We got to Meet Shannon last night (I believe that was her name). She works overnights so we hadn’t had a chance to meet her before and she had breakfast ready and was very organized. "

"The floors in our room were very dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned ever. The cabinets had spill stains on them. The towels had stains too. The hotel was out of shampoo and conditioner. The was no blow dryer in the room, we had to go ask for one. Otherwise, the property was fine. "

"There was one working elevator however guest kept trying to overfill it causing it to not work a couple times during the stay. The bathroom in my room wasn't cleaned properly. I received text messages around children of other guest misbehaving that were offensive as i was the only african American there at that time. "
