"We had a lovely time at this hotel; although there were renovations taking place which we weren’t aware of (which woke us up around 8am on day 1) the staff were happy to move us to a different floor where the renovations weren’t audible. Great customer service! And the hotel itself is beautiful inside."
"Fantastic location and for a single female travelling solo I felt super safe with the double front doors. My room was spacious and spotlessly clean & I was actually super impressed by the housekeeping service. kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom amenities smell devine, In an ideal world I would love a kettle in my room but aware I am staying in Guest House and not a hotel. I personally found the mattress really hard but cant please everyone with mattresses............... "
"The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and attentive. The only downside was that Brussels had a lot of roadworks, although, this is obviously outside the hotels control."

"Very nicely appointed room with luxury toiletries and very kind housekeeping service. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful across the board. Their hospitality made it a truly lovely stay!"
"Thon Bristol-Stephanie is always a good option when visiting Brussels. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Pricing is generally competitive compared to similar alternatives."
"David, the manager was so helpful, responsive and kind. He met us at the apartment and shared recommendations for the area. It was a rare heatwave and despite no AC he promptly brought up large fans, a brand new bed and extra pillows.
The apartment was well appointed, had a washer with drying racks, extra coffee and very comfortable beds. It was perfect for us.
I’d give it 5 stars for those needing additional space for a family and a kitchen. It was close to public transportation and in a safe residential area with great restaurants. Thank you David. We hope to be back. "
