"Staff is basically nonexistent. Our towels and bedsheets had some stains on it and we tried to contact staff but no one answered. We went downstairs to talk to staff and no one was there either."

"Room was nice. Couldn't turn AC off. Miss informed about breakfast and had a steak at lunchtime which was inedible. The hotel is in a great location for travelling on the eurostar. There a nice bar/ restaurant across the road ( go out of the door next to the 3 check in desks) slightly left and cross the road. Lovley staff and food was superb."

Amazing top restaurants just around the corner and this hotel is in great location to get to places you want to explore within the city. Staff was very friendly, hotel room was large and the shower was really nice with. I can't say enough great things about this hotel. Highly recommend."

"This location is in an industrial area there are no restaurants and no supermarket there's a bus stop in front of the hotel which operates only on weekdays it's very inconvenient if you don't have a car the room cleaning service is 19eur per day"
