clean room, good staff, great views from room, good food, courteous staff and shuttle service from hotel also available for nearby fixed spots. Overall a great place to enjoy vacations. Had a wonderful stay.

Amazing property amazing people. We had a great time. Breakfast was also very good.

Overall, it was a memorable and refreshing getaway. We would highly recommend Naukuchia House to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat amidst nature with excellent hospitality and great food. 🌿✨

Beautiful views from restaurant, and great location for shopping

Great location, courteous staff very hospitable. Food is also very good a mixture of Indian and continental. We stayed at the Cliff House cottage which is very tastefully done and has 2 bed rooms on split level and living room on lover level. 2 areas where the hotel can get better is one to have more signages as one approaches the hotel. This place is in the hills and sometimes can become a challenge reaching the hotel. Secondly, the website does not do justic to the product, there should...

I had a great stay at Namah Nainital. They made our first anniversary very special by giving complementary treats. Staff was very good, they have pick and drop services to Mall road. The location of hotel is also prime, giving beautiful view of Nainital.

Great

Lovely staff, great food and views of snow capped mountains. Great set of games to occupy yourself with during bad weather too!

Great experience, the staff was very polite and professional.

I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade, overall a lovely place to stay at.

If you want to cover Nainital by staying in Bhimtal then it is the best option. Hotel has ample parking space and it is located on the main road. Other aspects like food, cleanliness, rooms etc are also equally good.

Best approach , directly from main road. Parking is very good. Food is excellent. Staff behavior is very polite with prompt response. Property is spread across a large area with various stay options (type of rooms) , so no congestion and ample space for walking / activities. A very good location indeed in hilly terrain like Bhimtal.

Very good property with breathtaking views and a truly relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks to Vishali at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Her excellent hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing view, outstanding service, and a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Looking forward to staying here again!

Clean property but need to take better care of the serving tray inside the room and also the amenities kept in the room. Overall a good property and helpful staff who proactively came to my room when the landline was not working properly…

Saff is very good
