Dear Valued Guest, Thank you very much for your review of our hotel. Due to being a boutique hotel with only 60 rooms, the shuttle service is not operated. We have individual private sedans equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, refreshments, water, and safety features such as GPS tracking, and first aid box. Due to safety concerns, all our cars run on petrol, as opposed to natural gas used by most car services. For this reason, we are not able to offer complimentary pick-up service. We always mention this at the time of reservation and none of our front desk representatives wound inform you otherwise. The hotel transfers are always chargeable. Our airport transfers are charged at USD 15++ or BDT 1650.82, which is lower than competing hotels. You were actually charged less, as the amount was rounded while charging in local currency.

Dear Guest, Thank you very much for your mail. We are sorry to hear that you were overcharged. As you booked through Hotels.com, the room bill payment was handled by them. If you think you were overcharged for your room bills, you can escalate the matter to them. The hotel does not offer complimentary airport transfer. We arrange our individual airport transfers with private sedans equipped with complimentary amenities and safety measures. They also run on petrol for extra safety, whereas other car services run their cars in cheaper natural gas. For this reason we take a small fee, which is lower than other nearby hotels. We clearly mention this to our guests, and none of our staff is authorized to say otherwise.
