"This was my husband’s first visit to Dhaka from the USA, and considering Covid, we wanted to stay at a place that would work out for our family. Cleanliness plus safety were our first priorities. We were pleasantly surprised that Amari was very well kept and maintained the Covid guidelines. The security ..."

I enjoyed my stay every bit
"I have done many business travels all over the world and domestically in the USA in my work life so far. I stayed in from 3-star to 5-star hotels. Keep in mind it is not a 5-star or 4-star hotel. But I never felt so comfortable and cared for in any hotel, anywhere, what I felt staying here. The service ..."

"Where do I start. Appearance from outside is completely dated & dirty. I reserved premium suite with king size bed & twin bed but was given queen bed with sofa(not pull out). When I called front desk about I was told that’s the biggest room they have & maybe it was Expedia advertising mistake. They ..."

"Checked in late night, Air-conditioner was not working took an hour to make it running, during check in I informed door knob was broken. The security at the entrance made us feel safer. The folks at the concierge and front desk staffs were extremely attentive and helpful. The room was spacious and squeaky clean. All the amenities were working and the bed was comfortable.
We had breakfast every day and did not have any issues (tummy aches that we experienced before at other places). The food was yummy and healthy options were there that we loved. Fresh omelette and dosa/aloo paratha were our favorites that were made to perfection!
We also hosted a family dinner at Amaya on Jan 4th. Mr. Raihan was our host and he was phenomenal at helping out our elderly family members. Food was very good and everyone enjoyed the ambiance. Great memories!
Amari also assisted us with the airport pickup and drop off. The entire experience to and from the Dhaka airport could trigger migraine to anyone, but our driver Shimul was fun to be with and he went above and beyond to help us!
Overall, Amari and Amaya made our trip to Dhaka really pleasant and we appreciated everyone who we remembered and couldn’t name here! Thank you for everything!"
"They cooked exactly what we wanted (it wasn't on the menu). They answered calls promptly and were very polite and accommodating. The room was clean, no bugs, had no unpleasant odors. Warm shower water! The only thing I wish they could change is double glass on the window so the traffic noise wouldn't be so loud."
