"This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Just being next to one of Africa’s great rivers, The Zambezi, makes it a destination resort unto itself. The star of our stay was Chulita. She made our stay and experiences unforgettable. She is a star! Thank you Chulita for a truly extraordinary adventure!"

"The staff was friendly and professional. Gave me rooms on the Same floor which made it easy for me and my family. Expedia should update the hotel phone number listed on the itinerary."
